Dijon and Honey Chicken


Recipe
Total Time: 40 min
Servings: 4

Ingredients
3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves, chopped
12 oz white onion, chopped
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
6 tbsp butter
1.5 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup white wine
2 tbsp dijon mustard
4 tbsp honey
1/2 packed cup cilantro leaves, chopped

Steps
1. Season chicken with garlic salt
2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot pan
3. Cook onions until they start to change color
4. Add chicken and cook until golden brown
5. Add wine and simmer, stirring, until mostly absorbed
6. Add mustard, honey and cilantro. Thoroughly mix 
7. Serve





Serve with
